Pre- 4th of July party

We got to go to one of our favorite families house and do a little pre- 4th party. The Shadley's have been our friends for over 15 plus years now! We just love this family. They have mentored us through all of our life's journey. They love the Lord and serve him with such passion. Stacey is the hostest of the mostest! We had a great time just hanging out and catching up. The highlight of the evening was when Stace asked me if I wanted to do her walking video with her. They have Verizon Fios and on there you can get excersise videos on demand for free. Its really cool- made me almost want to get TV. Anyways we did the 30 min walking and came across some cardioke. You have never seen anything like this. It was such a hoot. Exercise and singing together- what could be more profitable! ?? Needless to say I got a good workout and do my favorite thing! Thanks Shads! We love you guys!
