Nursing Home
This lady loved the Lord- she was so sweet.
Every year we go to the Sun City Convalescent home and sing carols. And every year I am so blessed. The elderly there so appreciate the company and the singing! Well maybe not "all" the singing! One lady was so cute she old me and Jenny Gumbert that she had a suggestion- that we carry a pitch pipe!! It is very heart warming to see some of the same people over the years and then there are the ones who have passed on. It really makes you contemplate on how precious our time is and how we need to make the most of each and every day. This year we had a few new families join us- The Gumberts, The Aviala's,& The Tinahui's and the Tracy's came after for pizza and games. And of course our dear friends the Shadleys came. And we were very sad our friends the Dyers weren't here this year!! Maybe next year???

So I was reading about the pitch pipe suggestion, I think she referred that to you, so I'd like to think, you threw me under the bus:) Lol. Thanks for letting us b a part of that. Next year, Lord-willing
Oh my, a pitch pipe??? That was never said when we were there singing!!! We missed being there so very much!!! maybe next year, you're right!!!
