This is the Cardiff “kook” as the locals like to call him. Every summer day he is dressed in something different. The locals dis not like the way this statue looked so they have been dressing him up ever since. This happened to be the 2 year anniversary of Michael Jacksons death hence the Michael sign and outfit. It was also Tony’s Bday and we celebrated with mini cupcakes and trip tip!
