Grace Childrens Home

We spent the day in Mexico at the Grace Children's Orphanage. We went with our church and we took the three older boys. Parker got to spend the day with his Grammy. It was pretty amazing to see that only an 1 1/2 away there is such poverty. The home is very nice and we helped with projects that needed to be done. I wrapped gifts all day that were donated from another church. Tony helped fix broken bikes or discard broken toys( his good at that- Ha) He also just sat and drew with the kids and they loved him. The kids helped Dad and also just hung out with the orphans. The orphans got to decorate cookies and we got them a new popcorn machine- which they loved. Rosie was cutting finger nails and toe nails. It was great seeing the body of Christ working together and using their many gifts. We had some great tacos at the Taco Shack? ( thats what Peyton calls it not sure if thats the real name?) I had the best churros ever- fresh and hot! It was a great day of fellowship and fun. I will post more pictures later.
