Nursing Home

Last night was our annual Christmas caroling at the Sun City Convalescent home. The Shadleys, Dyers and Aunt Erica joined us. This year we decided to bring them some warm fuzzy socks. They were a hit. We meet the oldest resident there, she is 103! She could have a full conversation and she was very witty. I talked with her for quite awhile. It is always such a blessing to see their faces light up to Silent Night, they sometimes even join in.
After the Nursing home everyone came back to our house and we had pizza and played some fun games. The Avila's and Gumbert's joined us. They showed us two new fun games, The Mafia and some memory game that I wasn't too great at. They topped off the evening by going to the premiere of National Treasure at 12 a.m. I stayed home with Pryce and Parker. I think Tony fell asleep for half the movie! HA
